
Shelly joined the firm in April of 2018 as Director of Operations. She is responsible for assisting clients and handling administrative matters for the office. She works with Gayle on a day to day basis to meet client needs. She processes account transactions, handles new account applications, and works with numerous sponsor companies to complete business.
Shelly has over 20 years administrative experience in office management and human resources. She assisted in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; managed and oversaw the administration of HR policies and practices within her previous company. In addition to the administrative experience, Shelly has over 10 years in Banking/ Client Services.
