Gayle is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Employee Benefits Administration, Inc., an independent wealth management firm in Winchester, Virginia. She has dedicated her 44+ years in the financial services industry starting in 1981 by graduating from Lord Fairfax Community College with an Associate Degree, from Shenandoah College with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and from Shenandoah University with a Masters of Business Administration Degree.
Gayle has been included in Marquis Who's Who in February, 2024. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of reference value. Factors including her position, visibility, noteworthy accomplishments are all taken into consideration. She also has been included in the Continental Who's Who in July 2024 as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
